6.1 Huma offers an optional Guardian feature.
6.2 A Guardian is a trusted individual nominated by the user.
6.3 The term Guardian does not imply legal, religious, or decision-making authority.
6.4 Users confirm they have obtained consent to share Guardian contact details.
6.5 Huma does not monitor, verify, or manage Guardian interactions.
6.6 Users may update or remove Guardian details at any time.
7.1 Users agree not to:
a) Send sexual, explicit, or inappropriate content
b) Harass, threaten, or abuse others
c) Impersonate any person
d) Engage in fraud or financial solicitation
e) Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
7.2 Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
8.1 Huma does not conduct criminal background checks.
8.2 Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions.
8.3 Any offline meetings occur at the user's own risk.
9.1 Huma may offer paid features or subscriptions.
9.2 Payment grants access to specific features only.
9.3 Payment does not guarantee matches or marriage.
9.4 Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
10.1 Users retain ownership of their content.
10.2 Users grant Huma a non-exclusive license to display and moderate content.
10.3 Huma may remove content that violates these Terms.
11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with Huma's Privacy Policy.
11.2 Users consent to such processing by using the App.
