Child Safety Standards

Huma Studio LLC is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe and responsible platform. Huma هما is intended for adults aged 18 and older only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Huma هما strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, exploitation, or any sexual conduct involving minors
• Attempting to contact, target, or exploit minors through the app
• Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to interact with minors
• Facilitating trafficking, abuse, or exploitation of children in any form

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Huma هما is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the service. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be removed.

Huma هما provides users with in-app reporting tools to report inappropriate behaviour, suspicious activity, child safety concerns, or any suspected CSAE-related conduct.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement action is taken when necessary.

When we become aware of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we may:

• Remove the reported content
• Suspend or permanently ban the relevant account
• Preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate
• Cooperate with law enforcement, child safety organisations, and relevant authorities
• Report suspected CSAE where required by applicable law

Huma Studio LLC complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We also comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and maintain procedures to prevent, identify, report, and address CSAE and CSAM.
